Residents of the Commonwealth, as defined by KRS 61.872(1), may submit open records requests on the form provided on the website of the Kentucky Attorney General: Open Records Requests – Kentucky Attorney General  Requests can be sent by mail, e-mail, or hand-delivery to:

Kentucky Board of Cosmetology office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST.  

Please note that fees may apply pursuant to the Open Records Act and that records will be sent upon receipt of the applicable fee.​​​​
