Board Meetings

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​All meetings are held in-person and available by zoom, links are only live during the meeting. 
  • ​All board and committee meetings begin at 9am eastern time, exceptions will be noted under Board Meeting Dates. 
  • Executive session is a closed proceeding and guests will be placed in the waiting room until completed.​
  • All requests to speak at a board meeting shall be received, in writing, no less than 10 days prior to the request meeting date.
  • All reconsideration or ​discipline responses shall be received, in writing, no less than 10 days prior to the meeting date.​​

    Due to an unexpected delay in equipment delivery and installation, attendees' participation via Zoom may have trouble hearing during the current board meeting. The necessary equipment is scheduled to be fully installed and operational by the February meeting. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
